We always try to hire local and a veteran owned business. We are so lucky we came across Signor Construction that met our criteria for residential gutter installation with leaf guards. First off, Joe the owner, gave us a date and time, at our convenience, for a free estimate and he showed up 15 minutes early on a weekend. Joe walked us through the installation process and gave us verbal and written estimates with no surprises. Joes team then arrived on the date and time he gave for installation. The quality of materials and craftsmanship was absolutely top notch including cleanup. During installation we asked Joe for a small modification to the original work order and he agreed without additional cost even though there was extra labor and materials needed. Overpriced, shoddy workmanship! Our roof was left with dents, rough cuts, leaks! Looks horrible! I'm ashamed of it. A section "peeled off like a tuna can". Something we were assured would never happen if we went with the Standing Seam roof. We're not the only ones who have deep regrets over hiring this contractor.
