Siirtola Well and Pump

Lost water last month due to faulty electrical component. They came out that day, diagnosed the immediate problem and fixed on the spot. They also found that the current problem was most likely caused by failing well pump or possibly wiring. Recommended replacing the pump, (which was almost 30 years old), and possibly the wiring. He gave me a "ballpark" estimate. When I went to office to pay the bill I told them we wanted to replace everything, pump, wiring and water tank. They arrived this morning and it took them about 3 hours to accomplish. Extremely professional, kept me informed of progress consistently and offered choices of all aspects, what pump, replace conduit for electrical wiring in stand pipe, needed new well cap to be in line with code. I am not one to write a bad review, but this is unacceptable.... I had high hopes for this well drilling service, but unfortunately, it fell short. I contacted Siirtola Well last August and was notified they were no longer drilling wells in our area for the rest of 2023, but I could be added to their waitlist for 2024. I asked to be added to the waitlist. In February, I contacted Siirtola to see when they planned to be in our area and was told that the schedule hadn't been made yet. In June, I received a estimate for their services and was told they WOULD BE COMING to our area for this year, but didn't know a date. Would likely be at the end of the drilling season in the fall. Great service. New owner is prepared to above and beyond to make sure his customers are taken care of and remain happy with the service. Staff is efficient and know their jobs so well. Can't recommend them highly enough.

Very pleased with their service. I called at 4:30pm and they were there at 8am the next morning. Their crew was very helpful. Quickly diagnosed and installed new well pump.
