Claudemir painted and did minor repairs to both the house we sold and the condo we purchased. He is extremely meticulous with great attention to detail and will more than you ask. He is reasonably priced and sticks to the schedule. Claudemir will be back in the fall to refinish/repaint our kitchen cabinets. Andreia and her associate are equally meticulous cleaners and a great value. They did a deep clean of the both the house we sold and the condo we purchased, and are continuing to come for monthly cleaning. Both Andreia and Claudemir are friendly and professional and a pleasure to work with!
