Top-notch service from this company at two different locations this month. Straightforward scheduling, prompt arrival, and great followup. I highly recommend supporting this family-owned business rather than some of the larger-scale operations in the area that have questionable practices. I will definitely be using Silloway Septic next time we need a service.

We were experiencing water backups in our drains for a couple of days and weren’t quite sure what the problem was. It’s not the kind of headache you need during the Christmas rush. We called Silloway and they came the next morning, pumped the tank, dug up the access to the filter in the tank and cleaned that out. I had no idea it was there, but now I know to clean that every year. When water still wasn’t flowing into the tank, Jeremiah and I dug up the cover to the tank inlet which was under my deck and under several inches of frozen, rock-hard soil. That took some effort! He then snaked the main drain line and cleared a big plug, which was causing the backups. The price to do all of that extra work was very reasonable as well.
