Our very old garage door opener finally went out. Called Silver Fox and Emilio came out same day to give me a couple fair estimates. Went with the quieter option and he came in the morning the next day to install. It took less than an hour and I was very much happy with the new opener! Emilio was kind and professional. Great price and great customer service. I needed a new door due to some dents from accidentally backing into it. Anyway I ended up getting a new door, new spring, whole new rails, and a more quiet motor, it was extremely less expensive than I thought it would be and they never tried to upsell me, they worked around my schedule as well. I called the morning I found out that the spring was damaged and was given a window of arrival. Needless to say, I didn’t wait long as I was contacted and given a heads up that the tech would be arriving in 20 mins. I was not home, but my wife was there to meet the tech.
