Silver Leaf Landscapes

I worked with Silver Leaf Landscapes to make a very steep hillside usable for gardening, and I couldn’t be happier with how it turned out. I wanted space for food gardening but didn’t have room for planter boxes, and Lindsey came up with a creative solution that completely transformed the area. He designed a deck at the top of the slope that feels beautifully integrated with the landscape, along with large pots for planting that make the space functional and easy to maintain. The result is both practical and really lovely to spend time in. Lindsey was thoughtful, professional, and easy to work with throughout the process. I’d definitely recommend Silver Leaf Landscapes.

Lindsey Zero did a major landscape design project for us that included extensive demolition, leveling of a hillside lot, and implementation of hardscape and landscape. He designed a fountain for our garden, and incorporated all the ideas that we asked for. He was present every day, working alongside one or two other employees, and is a meticulous planner and incredibly good communicator. Our project went over our original budget, because we added extra projects along the way, and we had a number of unforeseen events, including a surprise discovery of a septic tank that was never abandoned properly! We’re beyond thrilled with our new landscaping. Lindsey was on time and on budget, but beyond that such a creative mind and sense of design with all aspects of the yard. I rarely write reviews, but in this case it is MORE than well deserved. Lindsey is a Artisan, plain and simple. The home we recently purchased was in dire need of everything...including the front and rear landscaping which was basically a patch of weeds. We hired him based on a gut-feeling, and I feel like we won the lottery! Not only did we win, but the house won as well. His talent for placement, color, lighting, and overall design is truly artistic, and he is a great person to collaborate with during the process. He listens, suggests changes as appropriate, and implements...and all within the time proposed. He really gets it. We couldn't be happier (and neither can the neighbors, lol).
