Silver Mist

Very poor service. Original bill was $2800 for yard cleanup. Didn’t even have to haul trash away. When I questioned the bill they said oops we made a mistake and then took $1500 off the bill. Yard was not cleaned by my standards at all. He said they were here for seven hours, but my husband said that seven hours was only three.

(First Review) My experience with Dennis and SilverMist Landscaping:( 1 Star. (Second Review) It wasn't until I put on the first Google review that I was finally contacted by Dennis. After an unprofessional phone discussion, he stated the following: First, remove the Google review and I will bill you for the fixes that need to be done. Once I see the review removed, we will come and fix the sink hole, hydroseed issues, corner stones, and wall fabric that is showing. Then, if I (the customer) do not put on a poor Google review after the fixes, he would not bill us. Here are his precise words emailed, "This lawn repair will be provided at no cost if current negative reviews are removed, and no future negative reviews are made -10 yards of topsoil for $3,500." I absolutely LOVE this greenhouse! Every single person that works there is incredibly helpful and knowledgeable!! They also have classes that you can attend where you plant your own hanging baskets or make your own fairy garden and more!! The selection of flowers, succulents, trees, containers or garden ornaments is awesome! They also have a ton of baskets or containers pre planted that you can buy. I will definitely be going back to this greenhouse again!

Silvermist showed up at my house do it to my downstairs neighbor calling they did not contact the owner of the property they just went off what he said I maintained his property and have for the last 2 years and in one day not even within a couple hours so I'm just destroyed my whole entire yard they cut down all my flowers they mowed my lawn down to the sod I then informed them that I maintain this property last week I mowed and had the yard looking halfway back to normal they just showed up today mold my yard back down to the soil next my neighbor's driveway with the blade didn't do the half of the yard only a third of it I informed them they don't need to be here but they're still here cutting and wrecking my yard

Terrible experience. We were treated very poorly by both the owner and staff. Their communication with us was very poor. They show up when they want, send different people, and can’t seem to finish a project. We were a small job pushed to the side. I would never hire Silver Mist to do anything!
