AJ was my technician, a Master Plumber, who responded timely within the hour of my emergency request for burst of my heating pipes due to freezing. I am professionally familiar with dealing with tradesman, and AJ is a stellar, top of the line master tradesman. AJ is efficient, knowledgeable, personable, and assured all avenues of assessment of the emergency repair were inspected and AJ repaired a portion of the damaged pipes. AJ discovered furtherance of repairs that are needed per his professional recommendations to which he explained in layman terms. I am grateful for AJ’s impeccable knowledge and I look forward to the cost effective completion of my repairs by the follow up Silverman technicians, in a professional & timely manner. At the top of the new year our 40 year old boiler decided to give out on us, turns out not many people replace electric boilers in Callicoon but Silverman came same day and gave us a quote by EOD. Although we did get a few estimates it was clear that Silverman did the most extensive and detailed report on the boiler system and gave us best options. It took a few days for parts to get in but once they were here the team started right away. AJ and Ernie made sure everything was installed and running smoothly by the same day! The office is always quick to respond and super helpful, the mechanics worked quickly and it was worth every penny! So glad we went with Silverman and will definitely be using them for all our hvac maintenance in the future!

amazing service—my hot water tank sprung a leak on the weekend and CHRIS came out to do an emergency fix. the problem was solved and he also changed my toilet's pump which was an ongoing issue. PAULA then helped secure a new tank under warranty (which i never would have known). thank god for silverman!
