Avoid at all costs. You will only find out *after* you get a fine in the mail for $100 from 'Premium Parking' that the checkout process you went through at the theater using the QR code you were directed to was only to give you a discount for an existing parking session you were supposed to have already paid full price for. This is an absolute scam and they'll graciously tell you they will reduce the fine you received in the mail to $50 as sympathy for your "confusion". Do not pay, but be sure to avoid Premium Parking lots in the future until you get a new license plate (they will likely boot or tow your car if you use their lots again with the same plate).

this parking garage has the worst service i’ve ver experienced in a parking garage if that’s even possible. please avoid at all cost. also don’t pay in cash if you don’t want the company to not give you your change. they give you a change shortage ticket and when you call for assistance all they give you is a number to call (why would they even have an assistance call?) will stop using this cinema and go to brickell city center one

SOOOOOOOO LOUD! There’s a push to get people back to theaters, and I’m trying to support that. Won’t return to this one! For some reason what I thought would be a “normal noise” film turned out to be outrageously loud. Like *standing in front of speakers at a concert* type loud. Massive speakers line the walls like it’s 11 nightclub. We had to put paper in our ears, and at one point we almost walked out. It was user error because we’ve been here before and the noise level was acceptable. Might be time to retrain the employees running the sound system.

If I could give less stars I would. This place has the worse, I promise I am not exaggerating, the worst service. The food we ordered didn’t come till half way through the movie even though we ordered it before the movie. Not to mention we never receive 2 of our 3 drinks and every time I asked someone about any item I’m told that someone else will bring it well the movie is almost over so I doubt it. It was literally a bottle of water and coke.

*PLEASE READ* I’m not sure how they have this, but this place has two Google Maps location markers. Silverspot Cinema Parking is actually the Met 3 Parking Garage. They share the same address somehow. Since they have two different markers I encourage you to read the reviews on the Met 3, other people go into more detail about other things this parking garage does to screw you over. This parking garage engages in predatory business practices, So let’s say you pay the validated parking that’s $8 for 4 hours At Silverspot Cinema. If you so much as not leave immediately when your time is up, you get a $90 dollar violation fee. So if you’re 10-30 minutes late and leave, they don’t care, you gotta pay $90. Best part is they randomly choose to enforce it because my friends have parked there mu
