I reached out to James to do the permit and installation of a handrail required by the township for the house we recently purchased. He got back to me very quickly, provided a quote, and handled all of the permitting and communication with the township. He even came in under budget while also taking care of another small issue at the house! Will definitely use them again for other house repairs we can't do ourselves.

I found Main Street Handyman online. The owner Jim is very friendly and skilled. I had a strange project to drywall an entire family room/den. Not quite a popcorn ceiling but slight texture and some water damage. His price was reasonable and work was great and completed on-time. As always, a few more projects popped up, and Jim quoted on them, and handled them professionally and in a timely fashion. He is skilled in wall repairs, drywall, painting, carpentry, flooring, windows, plumbing and most anything connected to a home. Very easy to communicate with him, and I highly recommend him.

I hired James to do some woodwork and trim work in my powder room and he did not disappoint. James was polite, courteous, and professional. James was also very meticulous and it showed with the final product. He was able to accomplish in a timely manner and there was a conscientious effort to leave the area he was working in better shape than he found it. With all these jobs I need done in my house, I definitely will utilize his services again.
