Although I haven't received a bill as of yet, I was extremely pleased with the professionalism and courtesy that was shown by Peter and his apprentice Dylan. I had two projects that needed to be addressed for a number of years that were finally and very successfully completed in a timely fashion by them. My wife will be ecstatic that the bathroom facet has been finally replaced after being broken for the last five years and I finally got my well pump running again. Mahalo to you both and I truly appreciate your expertise.

As a coastsider I always prefer working with small businesses that are based coast side. I have had very bad service and experience with Simms Plumbing. The first time I called they were booked solid for 2 weeks with 10 people ahead of me waiting for an appointment. I went with someone else as they were not available. I called a month later as my hot water heater was leaking. I had a contractor working on my house so I asked him to look at the heater and recommend what would be best for me. I called Simms and they were available the next day. I had specific needs as it was recommended to have a pan installed under the heater. The work order was very clear. The plumbers at Simms understand complex water systems (wells, distribution pumps, water tanks, etc.). My well stopped working and I didn't realize it until my tanks were dry. I called at night and they were there the next day. Diagnosed the bad control box in a matter of minutes and replaced it with a new one from the truck. They're also super nice and helpful, and patiently answer all my questions. One way I judge a company is if they are able to retain employees. I've been seeing some of the same awesome plumbers and talking to the same office manager for over 10 years. Thank you, Simms Plumbing!!

First they arrived on the date and time as scheduled. The technition arrived in fully stocked van totally prepared for the job at hand. The technition "Mat" was experienced and very knowledgeable in my system. Mat worked hard and efficiently all day attaining the results I had hoped for. If you appreciate the experience of working with a friendly, helpful person who will do what it takes to get you help when your kitchen sink stops up (or worse), call Simm's. I live in an old house and these folks have eased me out of major jams, and minor things, too. They care about your satisfaction, they understand that plumbing issues are sometimes emergencies and they do a great job of getting someone out to you as soon as possible. Great communication, and very fair pricing. I'm a big fan.
