Dishonest! Marco agreed to replace damaged bamboo flooring, patch, and paint minor areas of my apartment. He used all of the tiles I had, and still left a scratched area. He patched but did not attempt the painting job as discussed. He asked for and received payment in full, yet never returned my calls or texts in order to complete the job. I will never use Marco again nor would I recommend him to anyone!

Marco professionally fixed all the defects that the unit had, responded immediately and met the stipulated time and budget, taking care of every detail in record time so that I could deliver the unit to the new tenant. First, he made a repair to the exterior concrete that was causing water to enter from the outside with the heavy rains, he repaired each and every one of the holes that the previous tenant had made, even a very large one caused by the handle of the main door (which other handymen refused to repair, or budgeted to make a whole section of the new wall), he painted the entire unit from head to toe, in addition to fixing a water leak in the toilet.
