Simone Companies

Steer clear of simone companies. Glorified secretary who answers the phone is awful. She was extremely condescending and entitled. Probably a family member or someone close to the firm, otherwise I have no idea who would hire her to do such a simple job like answering the phone.You can not get any answer if they want your business or not, and the easiest thing to do --answer the phone is difficult. Would never use this firm for anything at all.

If i could give 0 stars I would. You can not get an answer on if they want to take on your project or not. The customer service person is the worst I have experienced. Gross.

Their employees liter, following behind one of their trucks in Addison twp on Rochester road with high afternoon traffic and a guy throws a can out the window, hitting my truck. Had a trailer on the back which I got a picture of but couldn’t get truck license plate to call it in. Do better and remind your employees they are driving company vehicles that has the company name on it. Great reflection to have for a business.
