Simonian Flooring

We recently used Simonian Flooring to replace all our hardwood and very old carpet in our vacation home in Truckee. They did such a fabulous job! We were initially shocked as their quote was quite a bit lower than another we had gotten which can be a bad sign, but not here. We got very personalized service from both the owner and the foreman. They made practical recommendations that improved the look of the new flooring and were able to reuse our old baseboards so we didn't have to incur additional costs. There were a few delays but that seems to be standard in construction these days. They put the house back together in perfect condition as well. I highly recommend them!
