Mike was prompt to give us a reasonable quote & ultimately did more than we agreed on the job & graciously negotiated the price in our favor. The roof installation was completed beautifully but done slowly, so if you want quality, workmanship, thorough, and reasonably priced, then this is your man (just be patient 'cause he's on 'Mike' time). Besides this, he & his team are a pleasure to work with & very friendly. He & his team got the work done and decent quality and were super kind to us. Also, they promised to come back anytime to fix their work if needed but everything is great!

I don’t normally leave feedback on services and purchases but I wanted to strongly recommend this company and contacting them for a consultation and estimate. Price was reasonable and they were extremely reliable. There everyday - even in 40 degree weather...if they couldn’t work outside...they repaired support beams in the attic. We now have a great looking black metal roof— looks amazing! We will now contract with them to replace the roof on the barn and repair the structure. Great company to work with! Quality work!

Michael Simon repaired my roof after a botched job by a previous “roofer”. The previous person obviously did not know what they were doing and my roof leaked every time it rained.

My old tobacco barn had wind damage to the roof and I contacted Mike Simon through Facebook community page. His quick reply allowed for work to be done same day. The old roof needed a few other repairs which were priced reasonably and the work is scheduled to be done. Nice guy, reasonable pricing,very punctual. Highly recommend

We called Mike on a Saturday evening to come out and fix a roof truss in our attic. We were moving out of state and received the buyers' home inspection addendum that evening requesting that the truss be fixed, so we needed someone to come out right away. Mike and his wife were able to come to our house a couple of hours after we contacted them and fixed the truss, so their initial response time is quick. As far as we could tell, he did a quality job. They were supposed to send us the pictures and invoice, so that we could send those to our realtor as proof that the job was complete, but it took them several days of my husband, myself and our realtor contacting them before we received the pictures and invoice.
