Bought some windows for my home from them. The friendly staff did a great job helping me pick out the windows I wanted. Pricing for those windows were really good I felt too.

Called in asking if they carried Anderson Window brand patio door latches. The gentleman who answered the phone had a thick accent, but immediately knew what I was talking about, sent me two pictures via text immediately after we hung up to confirm it was the part I needed. EXACTLY the perfect customer service experience. 10/10

We have been waiting months for a storm door. Initially they said it did not get ordered.Two weeks later and they delivered the wrong door. We've already paid for installation and cannot get a date for it to be completed. This is one of many problems we have had with simonson.
