Simonson Water Heaters

Gregg (with 2 g's) V. was super helpful, friendly, and patient with me! It has been about 2 months now--I have been meaning to write a review, but have been so busy with life and work and every time I would think about writing a review, I wasn't near my computer or didn't have the energy to type one out on my phone. Here is my story! I had brand new plumbing installed in my old/new house back in the spring by a plumbing company out of Janesville. My contact plumber, Ryan, is a great and mostly helpful person. He installed a Rhem Tankless water heater but, I didn't have water to my house yet; so we weren't able to test the water heater. When I finally got water to my house and was finally able to use the hot water heater, it would not turn on and heat up. This of course happened over the

Simonson worked with my fiancee and I to get our water heater back up and working properly promptly, professionally, and with a good attitude. We moved into our first house recently, and it took a few weeks for the issues with our heater to become apparent. Within about a 24hr period, Simonson worked with our plumber to identify the issue, get us solutions, and help us get our hot water back. From start to finish, these folks were great to work with and stand behind their products. I strongly recommend working with them.

Waterheater broke and Simonsen helped me get hot water again and made my family happier by having not to take cold shower hopefully for a while. Friendly service, very helpful saved me a lot of money. Thank you and will definitely recommend Simonson Water Heaters.

Simonson staff are extremely helpful and knowledgeable. They were able to find and sell me a part so I could fix my broken water heater. Great service!!

These guys are the best. They walked me through all my options and then actually called me back with a used free fan I could have. They even delivered to my house for free. If I ever need any work done in the future they will be getting my business. Stand up company!
