I had a water leak around my 2 front windows and Greg was able to find where the water was coming in …the water damage destroyed the compressed biard under my Pergo laminent flooring , so the floor had to be removed to see all the damage ….i live in a double wide mobile home and thank God greg was willing to work on my home …he is done removing the damaged wall and wood around window he reframed window completely ,and put new ply wood down at my request as i prefer real wood over compressed ..board ..Greg is helpping me bring my 45 yo moble home back to a cozy healthy mold free environment !! Mr. Simpkins did some excellent work on my apartment in Vineland. He repaired the tracks of my bifold closets that were close to falling down and repaired the drywall in my apartment where I had an emergency plumbing repair. He provided me with great service and was understanding when I had to schedule services around the tenant’s schedule. He responded quickly to text messages and calls. His prices were fair and I would definitely recommend him!

Greg Simpkins undertook a very difficult project. He managed this project with absolute integrity and great attention to detail. It was absolutely obvious that he took tremendous pride in his work. He also felt free in educating me on aspects of my home that needed attention which was dramatically helpful to me. You felt comfortable sharing his years of expertise for the benefit of my home. I was very pleased with the final results of the project. And I'm a very difficult person to satisfy

I reached out to Greg for a simple repair—screwing a stair railing back into place after a tenant had kicked it loose. The house is brand new, but I was quoted $800 just for labor (materials not included), which felt excessive for the scope of work. When I explained the situation, he seemed dismissive and skeptical, even questioning whether the damage could have occurred the way I described. I found his tone unprofessional and his attitude off-putting. Needless to say, I won’t be using his services and would caution others to get multiple quotes before committing.

We just had Greg replace three attic vents on our home. Greg did an awesome job. Went out of his way to make sure the vents matched the color of siding and complied with the Homeowners Association. The price was very reasonably, the work was completed as soon as he received the material and the work quality was excellent. Very satisfied. We will definitely be using Greg on other projects around the house!
