Simple Cleaning

I had my carpets cleaned by Simple Cleaning and they went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with their service. Mac was upfront and honest about expectations and also spoke of other services they provide. He was engaging and professional at the same time—which seems to be an anomaly nowadays! He was meticulous and took his time making sure the job was done correctly. My carpets look great and feel so clean! Thank you so much for a great experience!

This morning I had my carpets cleaned and my windows cleaned inside and out. Both young men were very professional and did a great job! My carpets never looked so good. My windows are sparkling and I am very pleased! They were both careful with my furniture as well. I would definitely hire them again.

The owner, Mack, was such a nice guy! He was so helpful in answering all my questions and helping me schedule a time to have his cleaning service clean my parents’ home. They were so great to work with and I would use them again and recommend them to friends. They texted me when they were done since I live several hours away.
