Simple Solution Now

Deceptive, slow and horrible at communication. I ordered the simple welding rods a month ago. They advertised and 'Australia Day Special' which I saw value in and so placed the order. From the ad right through to purchase, they showed a figure in dollars. Being in Australia and buying an Australia Day special, I had expected the advertised price would be in Australian dollars. After the card payment was taken, a much higher amount was shown, noting it was in Australian dollars. This was clearly intentionally deceptive and I would not have purchased if they had outlined the advertised price was in USD. 2 weeks later I emailed them to find out whether my order had even been sent. I received a reply after 3 days with a tracking number showing it had only just been sent. I can't review the

I am reluctantly giving a one star review, as I have not received the product. When I placed the order it was seemed like a scam with all these pop ups prompting us to buy more, and I fell for it by adding to the original order. Another aspect, as we are in Canada, I expected the prices to be in Canadian currency as it was advertised on a Canadian site. Lastly, the order was placed in March and I have reached out to them in the close to the end of April via email and Facebook messenger. The email reply I got was that the order might have been lost in transit and that they would sent another one. We purchased welding rods from this company on 16 February 2020. Today ia 2nd July 2020 and our purchase is still not here. DO NOT BUY OFF THIS COMPANY. I have tried phoning and their phone number is not valid.

Not even horrible costumer service... There is non.. Been calling for 2 days to find out where my order is... Still not received. After. 2 weeks the phone rang and after 5 or 6 rings for a busy signle...We are master Pit Builders and order supplies and by far this is the worse place I have ever dealt with.. Will not.
