Simple Touch Management

Unprofessional, difficult to reach, and only responds on his timing. Left tree debris for a week on our lawn and only came to collect them when we had him do another job, which he never completed. He cut our tree and left debris again, this time on our neighbors lawn as well. He was paid half of the agreed amount for cutting the tree and verbally agreed to come back and clear the debris to obtain the other half. But because he would not respond in a timely manner we had to pay out of pocket to have an outside company come and clear the trees. Then he had the nerve to say we owe him for a job he did not complete. In retaliation he brought the debris that he took back and dumped it on our lawn, A MONTH LATER. Luckily we have video evidence. That is trespassing and vandalism.
