Have used Simply Amazing twice now, once for gutter cleaning, and just recently for staining a newly built cedar deck. The owner Paul is very hands on. Everything he’s said or recommended has gone just as originally outlined and planned. They’ve shown up on time, like clockwork. The workmanship has been meticulous and spot on, at a very fair price. My wife and I couldn’t be happier and are very satisfied with the appearance of the newly stained deck! We’d highly recommend them!

Simply Amazing was great! Quick to respond to inquiries, communicated well, and gave a fair quote. What more do you want from a contractor? They were able to clean my gutters on a 2-story house with a walk-out basement, so essentially 3-story-high gutters!! Too high for me to do, that’s for sure. Great job!

I have been with this business since its inception. Paul is consistently thorough and honest. Honesty is important when having gutters cleaned where you can't see what is done. They are generous when doing window cleaning also.

Paul, the owner, reached out almost immediately after I submitted a request for window/screen cleaning estimate from the website. Our communications were professional and efficient! I was able to get on the schedule quickly, and received communications throughout. Chris came to perform the cleaning, and he was wonderful! He also exhibited exceptional professionalism and work ethic. I knew my windows and screens were dirty, but to see the "after" was absolutely amazing - my windows and screens are SO clean! The pricing for the work was competitive and well worth it. I'll most certainly be working with Simply Amazing LLC for the remainder of my window/screen/frame cleaning needs.
