Simply Home Service

It was a pleasant experience to work with Sean Cohen of Simply Home Service. He arrived on time, is very knowledgeable and nice. He made time to assess the cause of my abnormally high electric (heating) bill. He found that the heat pump was not functioning due to a faulty thermostat ( which was recently replaced by another HVAC company). Sean is very thorough with his work and I appreciated how her explained things so I was happy to sign up for Spring and Fall maintenance of my HVAC system with his company.

The contractor Sean and his assistant completed the work as agreed and within the expected timeframe. Communication was clear throughout the process, and the quality of the work met my expectations. I would consider using their services again.

My service person, Sean/Shawn is great. Customer service, counseling and maintenance recommendations were all incredibly helpful. My issue was resolved within minutes due to his expertise and familiarity with my older heating unit!

Sean came out to service our furnace. He replaced the hot surface ignitor on the same day. Great customer service, very knowledgeable and professional. We highly recommend Simply Home Service. Thank you Sean!

Recently, i have Senville ductless AC unit instead. Sean is such an experienced tech. He is kind, humble, thoughtful person. He pays attention to details. He works from heart and his work is insured. He is a high quality tech, I highly recommend him.
