We chose Simply Installs as we used them last year to install a minisplit downstairs and a FRV for ventilation in the basement. They have a proven capability of professional installation. The installers Aidan and Danny are very high quality installers. The quality of the work speaks for itself. They are non-stop professional, courteous, diligent, clear communicators, and clean up after themselves. I work from home and they were non-intrusive and the entire time. Our experience with the installation of our mini splits in our weekend home from first contact with Mike through the installation with Aiden and Danny, plus follow up after installation was excellent. Aiden and Danny were professional, timely and meticulous in any clean up. They kept me informed throughout the process and would seek my approval on any small changes required in the location of some lines. Once installed a small issue with the equipment needed to be addressed, which Mike and AJ (owner) worked with my schedule and were on site immediately solving the issue. I highly recommend this team for any HVAC projects.

We have had a great experience with Simply Installs on several occasions. Logan and AJ were able to do a same-day repair on our aging oil furnace last winter. They walked us through everything they saw while repairing the old unit, explaining the good and bad reality. It was no question as winter approached this year we would want to upgrade to high efficiency gas on the recommendations of Logan and AJ, and with the massive price difference from the rising oil prices.
