I’ve used this company before had the worst experience with the rude shuttle driver. I decided to give another chance due to the cheap price. And it’s still such a bad company. One, the parking lot is super full and not taken cared of. Two. The shuttle takes forever. I’ve called the shuttle number couple times and it went to voicemail. And when they did pick up they said the shuttle left already when I’ve been at the pick up area for the past 20.. Another 15 mins passed by and a shuttle finally came and the driver said wait for the next one. So if you want to save money, yea you can use this, but make sure you should up super early for your flights.. Because their shuttle system is not reliable.. and have a lot of patience with these people.. they also changed their name, maybe it was

The arrival was fine, managed to find a covered parking space, very crowded. There were two shuttles waiting at the parking spot and they were rotating in and out. However i just arrived back at lax and it’s been over 40 minutes and I still haven’t seen the shuttle. Also simply park uses the 405 airport parking shuttles.

Not sure why the bad reviews but maybe we got lucky but when we arrived at the parking lot, there’s 2 lots the lady pointed us to the one behind which was a bit more run down/ghetto/sketch whatever you call but as soon as we parked and went down the stairs a shuttle arrived just in time. On my way back from my trip, had to make sure I was waiting at the right place need to be at the UPPER LEVEL (Departures) Red Sign where there’s “LAX shuttles” Only took about 10-15mins (max) for them to get here. Forgot to take a photo but you have to walk down a bit to find it. Attached what it should say but it’s not a big pillar All in all I spent about $130 for 11 days worth of parking pretty worth it if you ask me. The check in/checkout process pretty easy without anyone at the door

Shuttle was not available from parking structure to the airport. There were shuttle vans parked outside the parking structure but they didn't have drivers available to drive them. They said it could take 45 min to get picked up. We had to take an uber so that we wouldn't miss our flight. The person who was in charge that day said that the shuttle was a "courtesy shuttle" and they weren't required to provide a shuttle. One of the reasons for booking this parking structure was the complimentary shuttle.

Beware! Do not park here unless you love confusion, rude drivers, a phone that no one answers with no voicemail options, and being blocked in with no one working on site! I will never park here again. It’s very confusing finding which lot to go into because there are three in same little street and the one I was supposed to access had cones in front of the entrance so you couldn’t get in. Then a guy came out of a different garage and told me I made it just in time (8pm) and was rushing me to Drive into the garage and not let anybody see because he said there were no more parking spaces and he didn’t want people to see him letting me in. I asked him how that could be when I actually reserved parking and should be guaranteed a spot. He didn’t have an answer, but he said there was one place I
