My septic pump chose to go out on Christmas Eve, leaving me with a full tank and no way to use any water. Simply Septic got a crew out on Christmas Day and got a new pump put in and my system back up and running very quickly. The gentlemen that came out were both very knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. Leon at the office is also very knowledgeable, friendly, and was more than happy to answer any questions I had. With so many companies out there today, it’s hard to know who to use, especially in an emergency and on a holiday. Their pricing was very fair especially considering it was Christmas Day. Even if you don’t need septic service now, go ahead and do like I did and write down their number for when that time comes.

We had an issue where our septic backed up. We called on a Sunday morning at 7:45 and within an hour Troy and his son was on site taking care of us within an hour. Very friendly and easy to deal with. In an unfortunate situation for us Troy made it easy to take care of and quickly with a friendly face on a Sunday morning.

I'm not happy with the service. I usually use another company, but they were having truck issues, so I called around for pricing to pump 1000 gallon tank. I was told $400/1000 and $600/1500 gallon. I'm good with that pricing as it is fair. They showed up and wanted to start upcharging like a used car salesman without even cracking the lid and wanted to charge $2300 to pump field lines. I declined, so then I was charged $630 for a full 1000 gallon tank, which is supposed to be $400 according to phone conversation. Lastly, they only pumped the back chamber and did not even look at the front chamber. They did rinse off the filter, but I will not use them again and do not recommend them to anyone.````UPDATE````after a conversation with the owner, Leon made everything right. I appreciat

These guys are crooks they charged $1700.00 for a $300.00 pump that was a pos. And didnt even install it correctly here we are less than a year later and it went out. I called another company who came out and fixed it for a substantially lower price and used the right pump. Stay clear of 2 brothers septic they will lie and steal your money. Ill remove this post if it's made right! If it's not made right I'll report to the BBB.
