Thomas is great! Came out quickly and helped me troubleshoot an old AC unit, he took the time to help me understand the problem and got it fixed very quickly and efficiently... The associates or crew members were more than knowledgeable on installing a new unit as well as an air handler in the garage. Did it in impressive time. Larry - Richard & Thomas were very patient answering all of the questions about the unit that I was unsure of. If you are not sure who to use or believe it is a difficult process finding a crew to get to install a new A/C system look no longer. You found them. These are your guys !!!!

It takes real empathy and moral cajones to do an early evening service call, diagnose and fix a non-wokring system, and then not demand hundreds of dollars or more. Thomas is a true local A/C hero. I was nearly talked into getting a full system replacement...for a clogged drain!! I'm honestly embarrassed by how I was almost duped. Thomas, you are the man and I owe you a beer. You will be our first choice to call immediately when anything comes up. Your tips to for self maintenance are more than I could have ever expected, and certainly weren't offered by the other guys.
