Sims Air Conditioning, LLC

Our A/C went out so I called Sim's - they were so fast - they had someone at my house within 2 hours of my call! It's 100 degrees outside right now, excessive heat warning today so I figured they would be very busy - but they got to me quickly - they were very knowledgeable and found and fixed the problem within an hour. I could not be more happy with their service.

Called because my AC is struggling one guy came in the morning and didn't really do much. Argued with the lady at the office because she wanted to charge me again because the first guy didn't fix the problem. The second guy got here at 8pm put frion in my AC but still couldn't fix the problem. The second guy was professional and very nice, he didn't fix the problem because the unit may be under warranty and he wanted to check first. The next day they were asked to provide an estimate at noon 4 hrs later still no estimate and it will take 2 days approximately to get the part. It is 90 degrees in my house, the owner is not done with estimate 4 hours later......plz pray for me.

Went there because I was having problems with one of the workers there so far I think it has been resolved. Thank God
