Sims-Lohman (formerly The Legacy Cabinet Company) - Kennesaw

Century Builders used Legacy Cabinets in their Towne Mill new builds. Warranty ppl came out 3x to address issues and never got back to complete the work. The cabinets are cheaply made and the customer service is even worse. Cracks, peeling, drawers pulling apart. Have called numerous times and sent emails only to get zero response. To put it plainly this company sucks. DO NOT use them. Spend your money elsewhere.

Terrible quality cabinets. These cabinets ruined our high-end home. Even the technicians who came here to adjust/fix the poor operation of the drawers and doors said these are “cheap” said there’s nothing more he can do to fix. DO NOT BUY cabinets from this company. The videos I’m sharing are several examples of “soft close” after numerous technicians have been here to adjust / fix. Customer Service is now telling me to handle it with my builder! Well, the builder is not any more responsive because Legacy Cabinet is not longer responsive. Now we are stuck with terrible “cheap” cabinets that don’t work smoothly, but at least they were SUPER EXPENSIVE!!

I wish I could give them no stars. As a homeowner I will NEVER, EVER order again from this company. They sold me items that were not correct and thought they could pass them off as satisfactory because they assumed a young female would not notice. They refuse to correct the mistake and will not even send a rep out to verify that a mistake was made. I cannot even get the company to provide an email address for the manager who I believe is Chris Shaw and/or Tom Taylor. They do not stand behind their product and it is impossible to reach someone once your order is placed and payment received. I have had an issue since installation in December that has still not been resolved. Not only is my order not correct, but the product that is installed is faulty, cheap and not at all representative of

The worst company you could ever do business with. Completely unprofessional with no organization to be found. Multiple missing cabinets, the wrong color trim and damage on almost all of it, but no surprise seeing who they use to deliver the product so I can only imagine their warehouse it came from. Their “field service reps” are worthless with nothing but lies, fake promises and no skill whatsoever. They are almost as bad as the cabinets they use. STAY AWAY!

We bought a home through SLM builders. They used Legacy Cabinets. The Sales guy came to our house, was very nice, showed us products that looked great. Since we moved in it is completely different. The colors if the white were different the cabinets were white and the trim was ivory. The bathroom cabinets are putier. But they were missing a bunch of color in the seams. They sent a team out to work on our house. They did not do a good job. The worst part, the regional lady won't return your calls. She blocks you and won't answer texts even though she says to text. I told them to give me the paint colors and I'll do it myself, she said the paint color is white. Has she ever been to a paint store! There are 500 shades of white. This is the worst experience I've had with cabinets. I
