Sinacori Landscaping

I live next to a new build where Sinacori is doing the landscaping. Of all the contractors along the way, they have been BY FAR the most polite, accommodating and helpful, even going out of their way to help me with a couple of small tasks in my own yard and making sure their plantings leave us egress on a small lot. I would definitely consider using them in the future -- and the work I can see they're doing next door is top-notch. Plus they could not be nicer.

I manage the community Apex of West Bloomfield and we just opened in August of 2024. Chris and his team were awarded the work for the install at the community which was sod, grass, plants, etc. I had not worked with Sinacori in the past however it is now October 2025 and I have been SUPER impressed. I have not once had to ask for a call back for missed grass cuts, bush trimmings, or anything. Class act, the pricing was good, not cheap, but you get what you pay for. All in all I will be using them going forward and if you manage a multifamily asset like I do, I would highly recommend at least getting a quote, or go to some of their sites they do the summer landscaping for and see how great of a job they do!

The crew arrived on time. Very professional. The crew went beyond the scope of work to be done on their own. After sod was installed they stayed to make sure sprinkler system hit every part of the lawn. Fixed and adjusted two sprinkler heads on their own. Very pleased with the crew. Left the area around my moms house clean and Picked up. Only thing left behind was a beautiful new front yard. Thank you

Sinacori landscape saved my butt today!! Met Chris one of the owners at a dump location that refuses my load of construction tailings (it’s wasn’t the best, clay brick and crap) and offered to let me dump it at his yard and he would take it to the dump as it was Saturday afternoon and no landfill was open. To then find that the Home Depot dump trailer I rented was broken and would not dump. So Dave also an owner, grabbed there excavator and unloaded the trailer for me! What a huge help! Thank you Chris and David!
