We had a boiler installed yesterday, and the entire experience was excellent from start to finish. The sales process with Ben was great — he gave us plenty of options to choose from, answered all of our questions thoroughly, and really helped guide us in the right direction without any pressure. On installation day, Dave and Vinny were awesome. They were professional, polite, and very informative throughout the process. You could truly tell how proud they were of their work, and it showed in the quality of the installation. I would absolutely recommend Sinclair Home Services to anyone looking for a smooth, professional experience.

On 1/27/26, while checking the pipes in the basement at home, I noticed there was a drop of water in one of the cast iron pipe. At first glance, I could not decipher if it was a problem or not, until I got the flash light and saw a hole in the cast iron pipe. My reaction was, oh my God! I needed to act fast before things could get complicated. Had heating system replaced on an emergency basis. All people involved from service manager to technicians on job where some on the easiest and nicest people to talk to. Techs where neat and job is one of the cleanest installs I’ve seen in a long time. I am hard to please with when it comes to quality work and I can honestly say there is nothing I can complain about. I will recommend Sinclair to anyone that needs top quality service and installation. This company takes pride in what they do.
