Have used Sine & Sons for several years for maintenance on my older HVAC system. The system has finally given out and Sines was my only call. The team that responded, advised on replacement and did the install were fantastic as always. Had a new system installed a couple of days later and things are great! I would highly recommend Sines and Son’s to anyone in the area.

Shoutout to Sines & Sons and their technician John. My AC went out and they promptly scheduled me for service, even though I don't have a service agreement with them. John came out as scheduled, gave me a preliminary estimate for what the suspected cause was, and determined it was another issue, much cheaper than what they thought it would be. I have used Sines & Sons before, as have several of my neighbors, and I highly recommend them to others. They are prompt, honest, and reliable.

Called Sines & Sons for a second opinion on a faulty heat exchanger. They attempted a repair, but the system was doomed. They suggested 3 options for replacement. After settling on the best one for us, they arrived 48 hours to install a new system. Install was a challenge, but the two man team completed the task in 6 hours! The guys were friendly, professional, and thorough. We are very satisfied with our experience with Sines and Sons, and we would heartily recommend them to our friends and family.

Sines & Sons had the most cost-effective solution of the 4 contractors I contacted, who each sent several options. Their advice was honest and straightforward, with no frills. They addressed a couple small issues that came up during the installation quickly and at no additional cost to me. If you want a Trane system like I did, they're a great choice.

GREAT small local business that treats you like family. They've made some smaller repairs on my older Trane system, got it working great!
