If I could leave a negative review i would. Paid to replace my moms well pump and they put a crappy pump and died within 5 days. The guys came out on the weekend complained the whole time it was his day off trying to charge my mom a service fee. Now another week goes by and it’s broke again, called again and no one answers. My mom’s a widow and has ZERO water. This is ridiculous!!! Furious.

Two technicians came to our residences to diagnose a well pump cycling problem. They were professional and very knowledgeable in pump operation. Sippel really saved my day when my old existing well went belly up. They fit me into their busy schedule because of my emergency need and got a new well drilled and hooked up in just two weeks! All the workers were friendly and great to talk to, and the price was very reasonable.

One year ago, they installed a brass 11/4 ball valve, replacing a 15 yo pvc shutoff valve. it cost $575. it looked great. But $175 for a valve! it is $30 at irrigation store. They installed the well and valve 15 years ago. But the new brass valve, for sprinklers, has a pocket that you cant blow out. The valve blew out, and they didnt want to doing anything ie discount. Avoid those brass valves if you can. it has a design flaw. Or, keep that valve above freezing. the Pvc pipe, off the well survived, the thin brass didnt.
