After our initial appointment, was told my wood stove was in working order, but my chimney needed a proper storm collar, due to the material used on my roof. I did hear back that there was trouble finding the collar, but 2 calls since, have gone unanswered and not returned.

Save your time with this business and call the Chimney Doctor in Hurricane instead. They answered their phone and was very helpful. I scheduled my chimney cleaning with them. I guess Sir Thomas doesnt need any more customers.
