He also took the time to balance the feet properly, and now the washer doesn’t shake at all when it spins. Tim was courteous, professional, and explained everything he was doing along the way. Tim is amazing and honest and really knows what he is doing when it comes to fixing appliances. He was on time and got right to work to fix my dishwasher that was spraying water out from a leaking part that had broke. Would definitely use him again in the furniture!

Came same day, was prompt, and professional. We paid for the diagnostic and at first my husband declined the repair and thought we might just get a new dryer instead. Then he decided we'd do the repair the next week and Tim kindly came back and still applied the diagnostic payment we made toward the repair. The dryer is working great now!
