I'm a facility manager looking to re-fit our campus with trees and plants, and I had high hopes for this place. The moment I arrived it was clear the customer service is terrible. I walked up to a worker (bald guy) working by the plants and asked if I could ask him something, and he looked at me, and just completely ignored me like I didn't exist. I'm here to bring them service, and they treat their new customers like that? So I turned around and went with another company. Just goes to show you that customer service is everything.

I normally don’t talk trash about any places, but we had a really bad experience with this particular location, their communication sucks, they don’t have any professional ethics , they hardly answer the phone calls. We order some shrubs like 3 weeks ago and just to find out from another branch location ( because the one branch didn’t pick up the call) to tell us that they weren’t gonna be able to get those plants for us , when they could at least tell us that from the beginning and not waist out time and customer expectations . So disappointed . They need better management , and professional personal. We buy a lot stuff from them and they have quality plants but this workers aren’t pros at all and some of the guys there look like they hate their job .

I called siteone facility in the afternoon inquired about snapshot needed to 50 lb bags. At first the gentleman that I was on the phone with stated that they couldn't take credit cards over the phone I kind of had an issue with that seeing as though that I'm a contractor and the corporate card was at the office but I called back shortly after just to confirm that they had what I was specifically looking for and spoke to a young lady name Grace she was awesome from the time I came into the door until my truck was loaded. As a contractor I depend on being able to call home office and get the information I need over the phone because a lot of times I'm not on site with a corporate card maybe thanks Grace for your excellent help I appreciate you have a great day

This place is awesome! What a great selection. You have to be a landscaping contractor to buy from them, but if you know someone who is, then just have them go with you to make your purchases. They have a lot of nice plants and equipment.
