SiteOne Landscape Supply

I can't say enough good things about SiteOne Landscape Supply. Great variety of inventory from plants to dirt to stones and so much more! The staff offers a tremendous amount of information; all are professional and ready to help. They know things!!!! I really appreciate Ed. He has helped us so much over the years. We never have to lift a finger to load anything in our car either. Can't imagine going anywhere else!

I came in here with multiple irrigation and backflow problems. Don was awesome and solved all my problems and answered all my questions. Walked me through everything that I needed. Someone is truly a one stop shop. This place is awesome.

Mixed opinions on this company and this specific location. First, this location is far less customer service oriented than their Raleigh counterpart on Westgate Rd. After spending over $30k on materials, I asked this location if I could purchase a single brick paver to replace one that was broken as part of a repair. They said my only option was to purchase of full layer of 80+ bricks. I went to the Raleigh location and without any hesitation they kindly offered a brick sample for free. Their handling of other materials to my vehicle was also much nicer. As far as the company in general, their return policy on hard scaping product is horrible. I was stuck with $2500 of wall blocks that were initially communicated to be easily returnable. I would certainly think twice about buying from this

I needed 1800sqft geotextiles fabric. I generally order it online but was in a pinch, did a quick search and found SiteOne, what's ironic is they are on a road I travel almost daily and I've never noticed them. They are tucked in off the road amongst some other business, prices were competitive, product in stock and I was in and out in 15 minutes. I'll buy local from them for my needs, being a small business myself, I prefer to shop local but getting the product quickly and at least somewhat competitively priced doesn't always work out, SiteOne does both.

My brothers uses Site One in Virginia Beach (and loves them) so when I was talking to him about redoing my lawn he suggested I find a Siteone. I did a google search & found this one. It's tucked in a nook but if you have an address you can find it. I walked in w questions and two guys were behind the register ready w answers. Super nice and even ordered me a new part for my irrigation. I'll definitely be back.
