Excellent service and follow through! I called and spoke with Daniel Futrell about an orchard ladder. He was busy helping another customer, but took my number and returned the call as promised. When I called back the next day, he answered the phone, but was busy helping a customer again. As promised he returned my call a second time and processed payment for the ladder. He followed through again (the third time) by emailing a copy of the paid invoice. I’m highly impressed. He followed through 3 out of 3 times. In today’s world that’s rare and refreshing. Thank you SiteOne and Daniel for a great customer experience!

I stopped in today to get information of patio construction & materials. At least 2, maybe 3, employees were talking on their phones. No one bothered to acknowledge my presence. A simple "I'll be with you in a minute" would have sufficed. Instead, I was ignored. I left and don't plan to return.

Never had a problem being helped or waited on. Everyone here has been friendly and very helpful. Any questions I have had they knew the answer. I was buying my stuff from agri supply.....not any more. Thanks guys

you need it for your Landscaping if you need it for cleaning you need to clean fix make anything prettier sight once got it they're not cheap get quality stuff their prices are reasonable depends on what you want what you need and what you doing to buy very professional very very good to spend your money with be back soon
