I recently worked with Ian Buffington and he was amazing. I needed help putting a drainage system together and he helped every step of the way. We used my design, and Ian created the estimate with each piece I'd need. Ian was a great.

They serve the trades so they have excellent inventory of landscape staples. Everything I have purchased has been extremely healthy. They have knowledgeable staff, but bring a buggy or bags to carry to the counter. Plant pricing stands get moved around and often misplaced, so take a picture bring it to the counter and ask them to fetch it for you. Can't buy single small plants.. need to take the entire tray. Also have a better selection of fertilizers and chemicals than a lot of places. Nice pinestraw. No garden vegetables. Few herbs like rosemary and lavendar.

Avoid Andrew. He never tagged our shrubbery choices as promised so when our yard guy went to collect them the next day as they were paid for, he had to choose whatever was left. No shrubs nor mulch was bundled for our order as he said he would take of of us. That cost Site one. Will not return because i am handicapped and this is the only way I can purchase large amounts of nursery items. I’m willing to pay more at Pikes and get what I pay for.

Great customer service. Good plants and wide variety.

Overpriced. Had a bad experience today. They charged me for 500 lbs of stone with out weighing, which actually weighed only 190 pound. When I asked to weigh those stones, they said they do like that based on their experience. I am sure I will never go there.
