I do not understand how this company has repeat customers. There are no prices on the plants. The plant names are all mixed up and many have no sign to indicate what they are. Out of the 3-4 times I have looked around, no one comes out to offer customer service as you walk around or drive around and look at the plants. After circling around five times today, I went inside only to find no one in there, and their power was out and people sitting around. When I approach to ask for help, they said their power was out, as if that was excusing them from working or Customer Service, and they were just sitting on their phones. Called to ask about a particular drainage fabruc for a french drain meeting ASTM specs for filter fabric. The guy says, " There is no demand for such products." When I reply, " Sir, do you know how many people do not know how to build a proper french drain?, he hangs up on me.
