I am a co-owner of a irrigation business in Conway, in the last 2 months we have had 5 new install irrigation systems. We ordered all of our supplies from the Myrtle Beach store, the same mistake was made on all five orders. It wouldn't be a big deal if it was something small but it's a $200 part. I carried the part and the receipt back on the 1st order for a refund which they refused until the homeowner who lives 45 minutes away came in person himself. One time okay, every time is ridiculous. After the first time my husband always had the representative read the order back to him and every time it's delivered it's wrong. They don't seem to care and from now on we will order from a different supply company.

I recently had the pleasure of dealing with Site One and specifically Chris Conti, in getting a patio put together. Chris took the time to go over all my options and worked with me to understand realistic timelines and pricing. After making a selection, Chris kept in contact with me in regards to time frame and followed up after it was completed to ensure I was happy. I wouldn’t recommend going anywhere else besides Site One for your needs.

Jacob was very helpful when I needed an FX Luminaire lighting part ASAP! They had a lot on hand but this special part he helped find what I needed and got it on hand the next day. Definitely recommend these guys!
