Very nice guys to deal with. They helped me properly determine and purchase the materials I needed to do some irrigation repairs and maintenance. I am not a professional, just a homeowner so it’s super helpful to have this place in town. I’ll never go back to Home Depot for irrigation supplies again!

John Harper was a uniformed idiot as to what warranty goes with the pumps and motors that are sold to there customers. Zero knowledge about the construction of the pumps what so ever and hung up on me twice. This is not a supplier to work with at all. Total incompetent as far as I am concerned. Shame on them that they, John tells me to Bring the pump to them after it was installed by Edmundson sprinkler and there is basically no warranty. This is totally ridiculous. He had no knowledge of how this pump and motor are constructed what so ever. This person is a complete idiot as far as I am concerned. I have spent 55 years trouble shooting motor and pump problems including robot controls and it is obviously a pump problem, more then likely Chinese sealed bearings and incorrect impeller spacin

Was online and showed they had a pump for $513 in stock in the Port Charlotte branch. Went in today and was not in stock which was not the problem, the guy at the desk asked if I was in the system and when I said no he added $300 to the pump, Went on Ebay and got same pump for $485. I usually shop local but not here and do your research, way cheaper places then this for the same products.

Excellent! I needed expert help, and I got it. Had some very small irrigation items I could not identify. Not only was the counter help fantastic, and got me everything I needed but another customer supplied me with a short piece of pipe, which was extremely kind. Great place and people - a pleasure!

We recently visited Site One to purchase a pvc filter for our canal irrigation system. They have helped us with this in the past. They did not have what we needed in stock, but offered to get it very quickly. In the discussion, the gentleman, who’s name I cannot rememberple, educated us that other residents in our community were using a different solution, which they did have in stock. He got it, explained exactly how to replace what we had with this, and we were just so pleased! We came home, followed their instructions, and had the easiest solution and installation in the 14 years we’ve lived here! Ginger came out and joined the conversation, and we gained information and had pleasant conversation. This is one of the few company who knows their industry and takes the time to HELP
