I originally had issues with service here. Bryan is the new Manager and he has the BEST customer service skills. Very helpful.

Absolutely lousy service! The staff are idle yet when asked a quick question they refused to answer stating that they need to “help contractors.” There were two contractors that were placing their order and three or more idle employees at the counter. Very ignorant and disrespectful place!

What an amazing experience. This felt like walking into a target. I was greeted as soon as I opened the door and was quickly taken care of. Ben was awesome!!!!! Very knowledgeable and professional. I would highly recommend his services at the counters. Whether it be irrigation parts plants or even fertilizer he will get you what you need. would call any day of the week and twice on Sunday. Came in for my first time not knowing a thing about plants. I’m very thank for Jay giving me a hand on helping and explaining each plant I was interested in. Jay has been working here for 30 plus years and I was very impressed with his knowledge and for knowing specifically each location on each plant that I asked for. Will definitely be coming back again to doing business with SiteOne.

Great selection of trees, shrubs, plants, agaves..., helpful staff. More for contractors than homeowners so you won't find prices on plants
