SiteOne Landscape Supply

I ordered topsoil and sandy loam to be delivered. They couldn't deliver for a couple weeks, which is somewhat understandable because it's spring, but still a disappointment. They called to ask if they could deliver a few hours early - much better early than late and appreciated that they asked! The big disappointment was their delivery truck dropped a bunch of oil on the street in front of my house and on my driveway. Pretty disappointed about that, I've managed to keep my driveway stain-free for 12 years up to now.

This is my main vendor for irrigation, drainage and chemicals. I have been using site one since before it was John Deere. All of the guys are great to work with. My store was plano and now it's Keller. But any store you go into, it's like it's your store ! Thank you guys for being helpful and always great attitudes!!!

1. Quality of the material is worst . 2. Don't trust this store. They display one thing in the store but deliver completely different items. If you go to the office to address this, they will try to make false allegations. Stay away from this store.

They were very patient and very helpful while I hemmed and hard or what rock choice offered me all kinds of options and ultimately ended up with one. I wasn’t expecting to get was way more cost-effective in the end looked beautiful.

Carlos at Site One is the best! He is very knowledgeable about all products that they sell and helps run this store like a well oiled machine!
