My wife and I and her family have been shopping here for years. They have always been very helpful and kind. There were two gentlemen at the counter today. The stocky fella with blue eyes was very friendly and helpful. The other, with gray hair and kind of looks like Richard Gere, was a bit arrogant and seemed like our questions were a bother. My wife is very bubbly and does not like confrontation, otherwise I would have asked him to be more courteous to my wife.

They need better customer service skills. I have been shopping at this location for many years and have dealt with the last 2 branch managers who were both very nice guys. Hate to say they aren’t selecting their employees so good anymore they are hiring people who are arrogant and prejudiced I rather travel to the valley from now on
