A disgrace. Our company has been using SiteOne, Twin Falls location for a few years now. We have never been treated as poorly as we were by any of our vendors as we were by Tony today. We are a fast growing landscaping company and understand that times are busy right now and that sometimes things have to be rearranged, however when not one thing had been done on our pre-ordered sprinkler system package after a week and a half of having the design we thought maybe there would at least be some form of explanation or apology for The tardiness. Instead we were treated rudely, not only by Tony himself but the customer he was helping while we were trying to deal with another sales person. They were rude and disrespectful. I went to SiteOne Landscape Supply to purchase a sprinkler timer box. I found that the guys working behind the counter were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Great place for contractors and the public to pickup what you need.
