Joe was so helpful and knowledgeable. After a horrible experience with a company who scammed me and installed a patio and drainage improperly and destroyed my yard, I had to have the "work" demo'd and completely re-done. Joe was very empathetic and helped me pick out a new paver that would look amazing and was within my budget, which was pretty minimal since this was an unexpected cost. The pavers were delivered to my home for FREE yesterday-even the delivery person was so kind. I can't wait to see them installed by my new contractors from Floor It & More, who referred me to Site One.

Oh my goodness - what a truly delightful bunch of kind, hardworking people!! I went out to the yard to pick up some flagstones, and everyone I spoke with was so kind and charming that I actually was a little flabbergasted - this morning I called in to make some additions to my delivery, and not only did they remember me, they were just amazing all over again and so helpful. And so I find myself writing this review. Shouting from the rooftops: this is a wonderful place. Truly high quality materials for your hardscape needs and fair prices - and you will really love this community, too. Thank you, guys!

This place is awesome! Always greeted in a friendly manner and if you are a DIY'er like me, you will be impressed with the knowledgeable advice and friendly customer service. Karen is my "Go To" expert there and can always be counted on for thoughtful ideas and smart suggestions.  Grant and everyone else there go out of their way to help, from discussing the variety of rocks and stepping stones to complete your project to helping load your vehicle.  Just an awesome place!  Go! You'll be glad you did!!!  Highly recommend!  A+++

The entire staff was very friendly. My 4 year old daughter loves going to the rock store. Karen and Emily were extremely helpful picking things out and helping manually load things in the truck. Highly recommend.
