Save your time and money and go to Stovall or Superior. I’m done with SiteOne. The yard guys are fine, but the management here is a complete disaster—especially Tyler K. I called him to confirm what I needed and the price. He told me one thing, and when I showed up the next morning ready to buy, suddenly the story changed. They tried to push an extra 700 lbs of rock on me that I never asked for. Sounds like bait-and-switch. More than likely he just didnt care. And this isn’t even the first time. A couple months ago I ordered pavers and was told they’d be ready on a certain date. I scheduled my crew and job around that. Come time to start the project—no pavers, no order, nothing. Website says the site is open from 7:30 AM, but we are allowed inside till 8 AM. They could at least ask us to wait inside when it is cold outside.

I like to write reviews when there is exceptional and unexceptional service. Site One/Alliance Stone is exceptional! Their prices are some of the best out there (I went to 8 sites) and they work with you every step of the way. Jason is great and knowledgeable and their delivery truck driver,Ty, is hard-working and kind.

Horrible place to deliver to. I know the customers come first but I've only got so many hours a day I'm allowed to work. This place has to be the worst Site One to deliver to.

Great experience! Will definitely be returning.
