In 2022 Sam built an outdoor great room for us to entertain family during our daughter’s wedding and also landscaped the backyard. He managed all the various sub-contractors. He completed the project as per agreed date. We found him honest, responsible, ethical. All his workers were respectful and cleaned up every night before they left. Previously Sam replaced all our windows (over 30), and painted the house exterior. We hope he will be available to help us with future home projects.

Sam Nabbout is very professional and takes pride in the work he provides for his customers. He communicates the details of the project with his clients and is always available with a call or text. His workers arrive on time and clean up well at the end of the day. All throughout the project Sam will be sure to ask your advice about issues that always arise during construction and all expected experiences are written out and explained before the work begins. I will be hiring SJ Contractors again for future home improvement projects.

We had Sam remodel our kitchen 3 1/2 years ago and had a great experience and love our kitchen. We didn’t need to call anyone else for our next project. Sam just finished remodeling our bathroom. It is beautiful quality work and everything was on schedule.

SJ Contractor remodeled my kitchen, dining room, and living room over 10 years ago. I was so impressed with Sam’s work ethic and responsiveness to questions and concerns. He was professional and accessible. He gave ideas and options when I wasn’t quite sure how to maximize space or what materials would work best. He has returned to re-roof when I added solar. He renovated two bathrooms. He came to the rescue when I had plumbing issues due to root damaged water pipes . He rerouted our pipes and worked with our insurance company to rebuild and replace walls, flooring, cabinetry, and moldings damaged by the water.
