At my age of 43 and all of the jobs I have had to handle, this company is top shelf. Straight forward, best price and professional. They pumped our septic that was not pumped since it's installed in 2002. They took the extra time to snake, dig, locate and cover everything back up. Local crew. Great people. I will be having them come out every few years. To insure all is working properly. They only want about $350 for that. Super good price.

Adam and his crew are easy to work with and very professional. They've emptied our septic the last few times, no easy task as they had to search for an hour the first time to even find it (or first time emptying it since moving in this house), then had to cut through driveway to get to it and lastly had to bring out an excavator because of how deep our tank is buried. They were very quick and got this all done the day I called both times. Thanks guys 🙏🏻

I had a backed up septic system and called them when they opened. They were very responsive and the guys that came out to pump out the tank were courtious, professional, and took care of the problem. They had me test it to make sure. Great guys! My wife would have paid anything, but they charged a normal rate despite the fact I needed service immediately.

Skaneateles Ex fixed my septic system, they were friendly but professional. Gave me options on what needed to be done, then gave me their professional opinion on what was best for my situation. I called Skaneateles Excavating to replace our aging septic system and it was a worst case scenario. Adam and his father Bill helped us navigate all of the hurdles and when install started they had the whole system removed, installed, and our yard seeded and graded in 3 days.
